Com Fishing Festival 2011
On behalf of His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Timor-Leste, Dr. Jose Ramos Horta, organizers of the Com Fishing Festival are proud to announce that the second international fishing competition will be held in November 2011 in the eastern district of Lautem.
The Com Fishing Festival is the third sporting event of 2011 initiated by the Office of the President with the support of the Office of the Prime Minister through the Ministry of Tourism. The Fishing tournament will be based out of the Com Resort over 5 days and will see fishing enthusiasts from around the world competing for at least 25,000.00 USD$ in cash.
