Timor-Leste plans to militarize border

State Secretary for Defense, Julio Thomas Pinto said Timor-Leste had made plans to militarize its border zone. The state secretary made the comments after participating in bilateral meeting with Australia at Hotel Timor on Thursday (29/7).
